We do check in differently at Bower. Your stay with us begins with a text message and email at the time of booking with pre-check-in instructions. Once your guest registration is complete, on the day of arrival, we will text you your access code and room key code at 3:00 p.m. You can head straight to your suite upon the arrival of your location.
Guests are required to complete the mandatory online pre-arrival registration with a valid photo identification to get access to your accommodation.
If online pre-arrival registration is not completed, access to the property will be detailed.
Bower Hospitality Group Inc. prohibits parties in guest suites. We reserve the right to evict guests without warning should this policy be violated. A minimum fee of $500.00 will be charged. (Additional Cleaning Fees and/or Damage Fees May Apply)
Guests are not permitted to exceed the maximum occupancy of their suite. In the event other Bower guests accommodations are affected, you may be held financially responsible for compensation of their stay.
While we love pets, we cannot accommodate them at any of our Bower Boutique Hotel properties. All guests rooms and public spaces are 100% pet free. Unauthorized pets will result in a minimum $250.00 fee charged to your credit card. Guests may also be responsible for any additional charges for replacement of damaged items, loss of use of the suite and/or cleaning of the suite.
The booking guest must be 21 years of age or older to make a reservation with Bower Boutique Hotels. If you are under the age of 21, your reservation will be cancelled. The booking guest name on the reservation must match the name on the credit card and submitted government ID.
All reservation fees will be processed 48 hours prior to arrival. A refundable $200.00 security deposit will be placed on your card 24 hours prior to arrival. (Excluding Hôtel de la Plage)
For reservations made less than 48 hours to arrival, the full-reservation fees will be charged at the time of booking, including the security deposit.
In the event that we are unable to process your credit card, access to your suite will be delayed until payment is processed and your reservation may be cancelled. We are unable to hold any reservation without payment.
All Bower issued Gift Certificates, Gift Cards or Room Credits, must be applied prior to booking by our Guest Services Team to ensure the value is applied to your reservation. We are unable to apply any Gift Certificates, Gift Cards and/or Room Credits to any reservation after payment has been processed.

$1000 pre-authorization security deposit on the credit card 24hrs prior to arrival.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We are unable to accept Cash, Debit Cards, Prepaid Credit Cards or Cheques.
Bower Boutique Hotels provide our guests with a seamless Self-Check-In. Our pre-arrival guest registration process is online in order to facilitate a stress-free and contactless access to your room. You will receive your Guest Registration Email at the time of booking and must be completed prior to arrival to ensure access to your suite at 3:00 p.m. at Check-In time.
As part of this process, we collect basic information about yourself by verifying your email, phone number, credit card and we require a government-issued photo ID.
For any reservations made on a third-party Booking site like Booking.com. Expedia, or Airbnb, you must cancel or modify your reservation through the site you booked on.
When you book on other sites, you may encounter stricter cancellation policies. It is the guest’s responsibility to read all terms and conditions issued by third-party booking sites prior to completing your reservation. Bower is unable to cancel, modify your reservation, or provide any refunds for reservations that are not made directly with Bower.
Bower Boutique Hotels offer our guests a seamless Self-Check-In process at all our properties. Our Self-Check-In system allows our guests to check in without the need of a traditional Front Desk. We do not have on-site personnel at any of our locations. Guests are required to complete the pre-arrival guest registration prior to arrival to ensure they are provided with access codes to gain entry into the hotel property and our Guest Services are available daily from 9:00 a.m.—9:00 p.m.
In addition to your nightly room rate, we charge a standard hotel tax (based on local laws and regulations), local sales tax and applicable parking fees (Lester Lofts, Maison Évangéline, Château Queen, Capitol Robinson, Hôtel Saint James Gate).
Unfortunately, our hotels do not have any elevators and are accessible by stairs only. Each location is unique and varies in size.
Depending on location, guests may be required to travel up 2 to 3 flights of stairs to access their room. We do not have onsite staff to assist with transporting luggage to your suite.
If accessibility is an issue, please ensure you are contacting our Guest Services team to discuss your needs so we can provide recommendations for a location that will allow for a comfortable stay with Bower.
Parking options vary depending on your Hotel location. All our hotel locations have on-site or nearby public or private parking options for our guests.
Please see the list below for parking locations for each Bower Property.
For our locations with paid on-site parking, a fee of $15+ tax/ night will be automatically applied to your reservation at the time of booking. If parking is not needed during your stay, please contact our Virtual Front Desk prior to arrival to ensure the parking fee is removed.
Parking is only available 1 vehicle per reservation as we have limited parking spots available. Any unregistered vehicle risk being towed at the owner's expense.
Hotel parking locations and instructions will be sent with your check-in and arrival instruction text or email.
All parking is at your own risk. Bower Hospitality Group Inc. is not liable for and damages to vehicle or stolen items while vehicles are parked on Bower owned, or City owned, or private parking lots. Always ensure you are observing parking lot signage to ensure you are parked in an authorized parking lot to avoid being towed.
Downtown Moncton Parking Options:
Maison Évangéline and Lester Lofts offers paid on-site parking in a gated parking lot. An electronic parking pass provides to guests will be in your suite upon arrival.
Capitol Robinson and Château Queen offers paid on-site parking in an open parking lot.
Limited parking spots are available at our Capitol Robinson location. We offer overflow parking for guests with larger vehicles at our nearby Château Queen location.
Hôtel Saint James
Unfortunately, we do not have a private guest only parking lot at this location. The City of Moncton offers several paid parking lot options around Hôtel Saint James.
Guests can choose to park directly across the street in a covered parking structure or behind the building an open parking lot.
City of Moncton daily and overnight parking fees vary based on the location. Guests are responsible to pay for the parking fees.
Downtown Shediac
Hôtel Du Vieux Port offers complimentary onsite parking for one guest vehicle per reservation.
Tait House offers complimentary onsite parking for up to two guest vehicle per reservation.
Hôtel de la Plage - Cap Bimet
Hôtel de la Plage offers complimentary on-site parking for up to six vehicles.

Yes. Guests can enjoy an uninterrupted and environmentally sustainable stay, we offer on-request housekeeping services for guests who are staying 3 plus nights. A room refresh will include changing of bed linen and towels, replenishment of room amenities and surface cleaning and vacuuming.
